Adrian Peryer

Adrian Peryer is a Co-Founder of Shared Vision Toolkit. Previously, he led Hewlett Packard’s ENVISION The Art of the Possible Global Practice, working with enterprises, helping them co-create and align around their technology strategies. Adrian’s work has expanded the use of live design-centric facilitation and co-creation in strategic sessions, and he is recognized as one of the most effective facilitators in this field. He splits his time equally between practicing and teaching. 

After studying social ethics, counseling, and social work (with the intention of becoming a family therapist), he focused on organizational development and learning, before taking leadership roles in startups, first in the health sector, and subsequently in a technology start-up building software tools so enterprises could explore how to redesign their operating model. He then joined one of his clients, Hewlett Packard, before moving to Palo Alto as global leader of the HP ENVISION Practice. He has worked with hundreds of leaders in multiple enterprises and has over a decade of experience facilitating Customer Advisory Boards for technology companies.
