Transformation Program Command and Control Kick Offs 

The single point of failure for most major programs is the first week where the scope and key deliverables are poorly defined and gaps open up between key stakeholders. We provide a forcing function that ensures alignment and agreement to desired outcomes and the from/to changes that are critical for success. This session empowers leaders who need to manage major changes.  Our war-room-like design space allows all participants to see the entire end to end landscape and work on specific areas with that shared visual awareness of how the pieces come together.
