Who is Shared Vision Toolkit?
We are highly experienced specialists in Design-Centric Facilitation™, we design and facilitate important sessions that shape strategic decisions, create shared visions, and build alignment on how to tackle complex topics
We work with leaders from organizations with generative cultures, mostly in the technology sector, who want help running co-creation sessions
We design and facilitate and as we evolve our practices, we teach, train, and coach others. We love learning and are experts in reflective practice and action learning, committed to sharing not only our frameworks and the underpinning theory and methods, but our craft- how we make these work in practice?
What do you do differently?
We help people reach rapid agreement, compressing the time it takes to build alignment and shared understanding. This makes what can normally takes weeks or months happen in one or two days
In order to do this, we design and build immersive environments that help ignite the creative side of people, removing normal constraints and using methods and tools that enable co-creation
We carefully design customized frameworks for conversations, constraining people so they focus on meaningful collaboration for teams or larger groups of up to 30 people
We specialize in Customer Advisory Boards for technology companies
Who do you work with?
Most of our work is for leading technology companies. We work with their leaders, their customers in advisory boards, and sometimes their partners. We therefore also sometimes work directly for their customers, usually with CEO’s and their leadership teams
Because we run CABs for tech companies and work with their customers, we touch all industries and work globally
We provide training and coaching to leaders and specialist practitioners within technology companies. During 2025 we are making more of our training publicly available
Where do you focus?
Our customer focus is technology companies. We work with leading companies in the technology sector and their customers, and sometimes then with enterprise leadership teams on their use of technology or their culture
We are experts in generative cultures. We collaborate with Professor Ron Westrum and we help with leadership and organizational development where teams are seeking to reignite their generative capabilities overcoming bureaucracy and inertia
We are specialists in co-creation methods and tools. We apply this to areas where there is significant value to be gained, such as customer advisory boards, critical customer meetings, strategic alliances, and leadership team off-sites

We help our clients quickly shift into a productive flow, speeding up their decision making

We enjoy having an impact and working on things that matter. Our sessions tend to have a significant, positive impact and they tend to be exploring important questions and significant topics
We enjoy reflecting and evolving our practices and working with other theorists and practitioners. Documenting is part of our own reflective practice - we write things down as we work - and teaching is a natural next step in harvesting and reflecting on our practice. We enjoy learning, and teaching and writing training courses is a forcing function for our own learning and reflective practice
