Merralee Retallick was an Analyst in HP/Hewlett Packard Enterprise/DXC’s ENVISION The Art of the Possible Global Practice from 2013 until her retirement in 2018. Prior to that she served as the COO for an online tutoring startup. Throughout most of her career Merralee was responsible for delivery of IT services to both Fortune 1000 enterprises and small-medium businesses, with her later years spent in Profit & Loss business management roles for  consulting services providers.

Merralee holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering with a Computer Science minor from the University of Dayton, has done graduate work at the University of California, Berkeley via GE’s Advanced Engineering Program, and received an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Merralee’s strengths include bridging the gaps between functional groups within an enterprise, and analyzing and redefining most things from “first principles”. Her focus at Shared Vision Toolkit is on operations and technology.
